Okay, so today I decided to dive into the world of Chinese horoscopes, specifically looking at the “horoscopo de hoy serpiente” (today’s horoscope for the Snake). I’ve always been a bit curious about this stuff, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First things first, I needed to find a source. I opened up my browser and typed in “horoscopo de hoy serpiente”. I got a bunch of results, mostly in Spanish, which makes sense. I clicked on a few that looked promising. I scrolled through a couple of sites, trying to find one that didn’t look too spammy or overwhelming.

I found one that seemed pretty straightforward. It had a simple layout, with a paragraph dedicated to the Snake. I started to read, or, well, I started to use google translater to get the gist, since my Spanish is, let’s just say, not great.
It gives me a daily of Love, Money, health, work, etc. I feel so good!
After I felt like I understood the general message, I closed the translator and went back to the original Spanish text. I tried to pick out some key words and phrases that I recognized. Stuff like “amor” (love), “dinero” (money), “trabajo” (work), and “salud” (health). It was kind of like a little language puzzle!
Once I had a basic understanding of the horoscope, I thought about how it might apply to my day. Was there anything in there that resonated with me? Anything I should be mindful of?
Finally, I closed the website. It was a fun little experiment! Even if you’re not a big believer in horoscopes, it can be interesting to see what they say and how different cultures approach them. Maybe I’ll try another one tomorrow!
