Okay, so I’ve been seeing “reum” pop up a lot lately, especially in those dreamy, spiritual Instagram posts. I got curious about the “metaphysical” meaning, so I decided to dive in and see what it’s all about. This is what I did.
First Steps: Googling Like Crazy
I started with the basics, just plain old Googling. I typed in “reum meaning metaphysical” and, well, a whole bunch of stuff came up. Some of it was pretty out there, talking about ancient energies and stuff. Other things were more about personal growth and finding your inner peace. It was a mixed bag, for sure.

Digging Deeper: Finding Patterns
After the initial Google frenzy, I started looking for patterns. I noticed a few things that kept coming up:
- Flow State: A lot of places talked about “reum” as being connected to being in the “flow” – you know, that feeling when you’re totally absorbed in something and time just disappears.

I usually just sit and focus on my breath, but this time, I added a little twist. I focused on that feeling of “flow.” I thought about times when I felt totally in the zone – like when I’m writing and the words just pour out, or when I’m playing music and I lose myself in the melody. I tryed to recall those experiences in my mind.
I also tried to pay extra attention to my intuition. Usually, I second-guess myself a lot, but I made a conscious effort to just trust my gut feelings, even if they seemed a little *’s so hard sometimes.
My (Slightly) Vague Results
So, did I achieve some amazing metaphysical breakthrough? Honestly, not really. But… I did feel something. It was subtle, but I felt a little more relaxed, a little more “in tune” with myself. Maybe it was just the meditation, but I like to think that focusing on “reum” helped me tap into something a little deeper.
I think it helped me focus more to be aware of the practice of meditation that i did that day.
What I’m Taking Away
My “reum” experiment is definitely a work in progress. I’m not sure I fully understand it yet, but I’m intrigued. I’m going to keep exploring this idea, maybe try some different exercises, and see where it takes me. It’s kind of like a personal journey, and I’m curious to see what I discover.
My biggest learning curve that day was not a result but a process.
