Okay, so, the other day I kept seeing the number 11 16 everywhere. Like, everywhere. On the clock, on license plates, even on a freaking microwave timer. It was getting weird, so I finally decided to do something about it.
My 11 16 Angel Number Experiment
First, I grabbed my phone and googled “11 16 meaning”. You know, just to see if there was anything to this, or if I was just going crazy. Turns out, lots of people think these repeating numbers are “angel numbers” – messages from, well, angels or the universe or whatever.

The stuff I found online said 11 16 is all about new beginnings, trusting your intuition, and manifesting your desires. Sounded pretty good to me!
So, I decided to treat it like a little experiment. I figured, what’s the harm? For the next few days, I’d try to be more aware of my thoughts and feelings, and see if anything shifted.
- Day 1: I focused on being positive. No complaining, no negative self-talk. It was harder than I thought! I also spent some time visualizing what I really wanted in my life – a better job, more creativity, you know, the usual.
- Day 2: I tried to pay more attention to my gut feelings. There was this one project at work I was really dragging my feet on. My intuition was screaming “do it now!”, so I forced myself to just get it done. Felt amazing afterwards.
- Day 3: I made a vision board. Yeah, I know, it sounds cheesy, but it was actually kind of fun. I cut out pictures and words that represented my goals and stuck them on a big piece of cardboard.
Honestly, I don’t know if it was the “angel numbers” or just the fact that I was paying more attention to myself, but things did start to feel different. I felt more motivated, more in tune with what I wanted. And, get this – I actually got a call about a job interview! A really good one!
So, the 11 16 thing? I’m not saying it’s magic, but I’m definitely more open to the idea that maybe, just maybe, there’s something to these little signs. I’m going to keep paying attention, and see what happens. It’s kind of exciting, actually.
