Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “Berkeley Portal Astrology” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a wild ride. I figured I’d share my experience, just in case anyone else is curious (or crazy enough) to try it.
First Steps
I started by, you know, just trying to figure out what this thing even is. I went to google. It wasn’t super clear at first. It’s something to do with accessing… something… at Berkeley, related to astrology charts and stuff,I can’t remember.

Digging Deeper
So, I kept searching, I tried different keywords, and finally understood that I should try with a Student ID number.
I tried a Student ID number, and…nothing. Just a blank screen. I tried refreshing, restarting my browser, the whole nine yards. Still nothing. I was starting to think this whole thing was a big hoax.
Experimenting
Then I thought, “Maybe it’s my browser?” So I switched from Chrome to Firefox. Still no dice. I even tried using my phone, thinking maybe it was a desktop issue. Nope.
Then I tried other numbers I found online. I copy and paste.
The Results
I finally see that the numbers I input are wrong. It’s really hard to find the correct ones. After searching many times, and trying different numbers. I found out the correct numbers to enter. And it’s done!
So, that’s my “Berkeley Portal Astrology” adventure. Was it worth it? Honestly, I’m not sure. I did something, though. I guess that counts for something, right? I mean, I can show something on the screen, it’s not a total fail. It’s not super impressive, but it’s something.
