Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this “horoscope thiessen” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a ride. I’m not even sure what I was expecting, but here’s how it all went down.
First, I googled it, obviously. I mean, where else do you start? I got a bunch of stuff, but nothing that really explained what it was, just random results.

I started by just trying to understand the basic idea. Seemed like it involved some kind of calculation, maybe something to do with astrology and… Thiessen polygons? I’m still not 100%.
The Messy Middle Part
Then came the hard part – actually trying to do something. I spent a good hour or two just looking at those polygons, trying to find some meaning. I’m used to charts and numbers, but these shapes were confusing.
I kept going at it. I tried to find any kind of pattern or connection to my own birthdate. I even drew some of the polygons on paper, trying to see if that would help. It didn’t, really, I just ended up with a bunch of weird drawings.
Giving Up (Almost)
Honestly, I almost gave up. I was feeling totally lost and frustrated. Nothing was clicking, and I felt like I was just wasting my time. And my brain, I was using my brain power for nothing.
The (Sort Of) Result
So, did I figure out the secret of “horoscope thiessen”? Nope. Not even close. But I did learn a few things. One, that my patience for abstract geometrical shapes is pretty limited. And two, that sometimes you just have to admit when you’re completely out of your depth.
Maybe someone out there understands this stuff. If you do, please explain it to me like I’m five. Because right now, I’m just a guy with a bunch of polygon doodles and a slightly bruised ego.
