Well, hello there! I’m gonna tell ya ’bout somethin’ called Chinese Zodiac Animals Coloring Pages. Don’t go gettin’ all confused now, it ain’t as fancy as it sounds. It’s just pictures, ya see? Pictures of animals, and you get to color ’em in. Keeps the young’uns busy, it does.
Now, they say there’s 12 of these animals. Just like how we got 12 months in a year, I guess. Someone, somewhere, decided these animals was important. Don’t ask me why, I just color the pictures!

First up is the Rat. Yeah, a rat! Not the prettiest thing, but it’s first in line. Then comes the Ox, big and strong, like my old Bessie cow. After that, a Tiger. Now that’s a scary one! Wouldn’t want to meet one in the dark, I tell ya.
- Then we got a Rabbit, all cute and fluffy.
- And a Dragon! Now, ain’t no real dragons, but the pictures look mighty impressive. All fire and scales, you know?
- Next is a Snake. Slithery little fellas. Give me the creeps, they do.
After the snake, comes the Horse. Reminds me of my grandpa’s old mare, she was a good one. Then comes the Goat, or maybe it’s a sheep. They look kinda the same to me. Always munchin’ on grass, those ones.
Then we have a Monkey! Cheeky little things, always up to no good. My grandson acts just like one sometimes. After the monkey, it’s the Rooster. Wakes ya up in the mornin’, whether ya like it or not. And don’t forget the Dog. Man’s best friend, they say. Loyal and true, just like my old Blue.
And last but not least, the Pig. Now, some folks think pigs are dirty, but they’re just misunderstood, I say. Smart creatures, they are. Always finding the best mud puddles.
So, there ya have it. The 12 Chinese Zodiac Animals. And you can find all sorts of coloring pages with ’em. Just search for “Chinese Zodiac Animals Coloring Pages” online or at the store. It’s a good way to keep the kids quiet for a bit, and maybe teach ’em a thing or two about these animals. Who knows, they might even learn somethin’! I always say, learnin’ new things keeps your mind sharp, just like sharpenin’ a good knife.
My little ones, they love colorin’ these pages. They spend hours scribblin’ away, makin’ the animals all sorts of crazy colors. The dragon’s green mostly, and the pig’s pink. They don’t care if they stay in the lines, long as they have fun, that’s what matters. And truth be told, I sometimes sit down and color a page or two myself. It’s kinda relaxin’, you know? Takes your mind off things. Better than sittin’ around twiddlin’ your thumbs.

Anyways, go get yourself some of them coloring pages. It’s a good way to pass the time, and who knows, you might even enjoy it. I ain’t no expert, but I know what I like. And I like seein’ them little faces all lit up with joy when they finish colorin’ a picture. That’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? Makin’ folks happy. Now, off you go and get colorin’!
