Well, howdy there! Let’s yak a bit about these here constellation purses. Don’t rightly know much about fancy things, but I reckon I can tell you what’s what.
First off, what in tarnation is a constellation purse, ya ask? Sounds highfalutin, but it ain’t nothin’ but a purse with them star patterns on it. You know, like them pictures they make up with the stars at night? Them’s constellations. Folks is puttin’ ’em on everything now, even purses!

Now, I heard some city folk talkin’ about how your star sign – that’s when you was born, see – affects what kind of purse you should get. Sounded like a load of hogwash to me at first, but I listened in anyways.
- Aries folks, they’s the go-getters. They don’t want no fuss, just a sturdy purse to hold their stuff. Somethin’ that can keep up with ’em, I reckon.
- Taurus, now them’s the fancy ones. They like pretty things, seein’ as how their sign is ruled by that beauty planet. They want a purse that looks good and works hard.
- Gemini, them’s the restless ones. Always lookin’ for somethin’ new and different. Their purse gotta be unique, somethin’ nobody else got. Maybe a bright color, or a weird shape.
- Cancer, they’s the nurturers. Always lookin’ after folks. They probably want a big ol’ purse to carry everything everyone needs. Band-Aids, snacks, you name it.
- Leo, they’re the show-offs. They want a purse that screams, “Look at me!” Bold and flashy, that’s what they like. Somethin’ that’ll turn heads.
That’s just a few of ‘em. There’s a whole bunch more signs, each with their own special purse-pickin’ ways, I hear. Libras like things balanced, Virgos want things practical, and so on and so forth. It gets kinda complicated, all this star talk.
But, truth be told, I don’t hold much stock in all that astrology stuff. To me, a good purse is a good purse, no matter what your birthday is. You want somethin’ that’s gonna last, somethin’ that’s gonna hold all your important things. Your money, your keys, maybe a picture of your grandbabies.
I reckon the best way to pick a purse is to go to the store and see what feels right. Hold it in your hand, see if it’s got enough pockets, make sure the zipper ain’t gonna break on ya. Don’t matter if it’s got stars on it or not, long as it does the job.
Now, if you do want a constellation purse, there’s plenty of ’em out there. I seen ’em with all sorts of different star patterns. Big Dipper, Little Dipper, all them fancy names. You can even get ’em personalized, with your own star sign stitched right on there. Ain’t that somethin’?
And they come in all shapes and sizes too. Big ones, little ones, ones you can wear across your body, ones you can just hold in your hand. There’s a constellation purse for every gal, I reckon, whether you’re a fancy city woman or a plain country gal like me. Though, I ain’t sayin’ I am a country gal, mind you. Just sayin’.

So, if you’re lookin’ for a new purse, and you like them star patterns, go ahead and get yourself a constellation purse. Just don’t go thinkin’ it’s gonna change your life or nothin’. It’s just a purse, after all. But a pretty one, mind you, if you’re into that sort of thing.
And remember, the most important thing about a purse is that it holds your stuff safe and sound. Stars or no stars, that’s what really matters. But if them stars make ya happy, well, then that’s just a bonus, ain’t it?
So there you have it, my two cents on these here constellation purses. Hope it helped you out some. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go tend to my chickens. They don’t care about no constellations, just their feed!
