Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “angel feet” thing all over TikTok, and I had to try it. You know, for science… and maybe a little bit for the ‘gram.
First, I gathered my supplies. I mean, you can’t just jump into something like this without being prepared, right? Here’s what I grabbed:

- Cotton balls – the fluffier, the better, I figured.
- Hairspray – gotta have that hold. I used the extra-strength stuff, just in case.
- My favorite pair of heels – the ones that make me feel like a total boss.
So, the basic idea is you stuff the cotton balls into the toe area of your heels. I started by tearing off small pieces of cotton and rolling them into little balls. Then, I shoved them – gently, of course – into the front of my shoes. I kept adding more until it felt like my toes had little fluffy clouds to rest on.
Next up, the hairspray. I sprayed a generous amount onto the cotton balls. I’m not gonna lie, this part felt a little weird. Like, am I really spraying hairspray into my shoes? But hey, I was committed at this point.
Finally, it was time for the big reveal. I slipped my feet into the prepared heels and… wow. Seriously, wow. It actually worked! My feet felt surprisingly comfortable. I walked around my apartment, testing them out. I even did a little dance – no wobbling!
The Verdict
Honestly, I’m impressed. It’s not a miracle cure for all shoe-related pain, but it definitely made a difference. I wouldn’t recommend doing this for a marathon or anything, but for a night out? Absolutely. My feet felt way better than they usually do in heels. And I’m now feeling so good.
The process is very interesting and magical. I am very happy to share my practices with you guys. You may follow my steps, I’m sure you will find out the magic like me!
