Okay, so I stumbled upon this “Justice League” Tarot card deck, and I just had to try it out. I’m not a tarot expert or anything, but I love the Justice League, and the idea of combining it with tarot was just too cool to pass up.
Getting Started
First, I unboxed the deck. The cards felt pretty good, nice and sturdy. The artwork? Absolutely awesome. Each card features a different Justice League member, and they really captured the essence of each character. Superman as the Emperor, for example… fits so well!
The First Reading
I decided to do a simple three-card spread – you know, past, present, future. I’m not gonna lie, I shuffled those cards like my life depended on it. I was nervous!
- Past: The card was The Flash as The Chariot. I guess it’s about past actions.
- Present: Wonder Woman as Strength. I guess I am in a period that I need to be brave.
- Future: Batman as The Hermit. Oh boy, that means some time for alone?
Figuring It Out
Honestly, trying to interpret the cards was a bit tricky. I grabbed the little guidebook that came with the deck, but it was still a bit confusing. I ended up also looking up some stuff online, trying to understand the traditional tarot meanings and how they relate to the Justice League characters. It’s like learning a whole new language, but a really fun one.
My Verdict
Even though I’m still a beginner, I really enjoyed playing around with this deck. It’s a fantastic way to get familar with tarot cards. And the artwork itself is just so beautiful that I might even get a second set, I don’t want to use too ofen of my deck. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this deck to any Justice League fan, whether you’re into tarot or not.
