Okay, so, I’ve been getting into this whole lunar calendar thing lately, and I thought, why not mix it up with those zodiac signs everyone’s always talking about? So that’s what I did, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride.
I started by grabbing one of those moon calendars, you know, the ones that show you the moon phases. Then, I dug up some info on the zodiac signs. I mean, I knew the basics, like I’m a Leo, but I wanted to go deeper. I found out that each sign is linked to certain personality traits and stuff. Cool, right?

Make a Lunar Calendar
- First I tried matching up the moon phases with the zodiac signs. Full moon in Leo? That’s gotta mean something, right?
- I started to jot down some notes, like when the moon’s in Aries, maybe that’s a good time to start something new, ’cause Aries is all about being bold and stuff.
And when it’s in Taurus, maybe that’s a chill-out time ’cause Taurus is all about relaxing and enjoying the good things in life. I did this for every sign and every moon phase. It took a while, but it was kinda fun, like putting together a puzzle.
Then, I thought, why not make it pretty? I used some colored pens and drew little symbols for each sign. For Aries, I drew a little ram’s head, and for Taurus, I drew a bull. You get the idea. I even added some glitter ’cause, why not? It’s the moon, it’s supposed to be magical!
Put It into Practice
- Once I had my fancy calendar, I started to actually use it. I’d look at it every day and think about what the moon and the zodiac sign meant for me.
- Some days it made sense, like I’d feel extra creative when the moon was in a water sign, and other days, not so much. But it was still fun to track.
I also tried to plan stuff according to the calendar. Like, if it was a new moon in Gemini, I’d schedule a brainstorming session ’cause Gemini is all about communication and ideas. And if it was a full moon in Scorpio, I’d do something introspective, like journaling, ’cause Scorpio is all deep and mysterious.
Record and Share
The whole thing has been a fun project. It’s like having a secret code to the universe or something. I’m not saying it’s 100% accurate or anything, but it’s definitely made me more aware of the moon and how I’m feeling. And it’s given me a new way to think about my goals and plans. Plus, it looks really cool hanging on my wall! I even started sharing my calendar with my friends, and they’re into it, too. We’re like a little moon club now, comparing notes and planning our lives by the stars. It’s a blast!
So yeah, that’s my moon calendar with zodiac signs adventure. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, but I’m having a great time with it. Who knew the moon and stars could be so much fun? I mean every year they’re a little different right? Like, they repeat every 12 years or so. I even found out that Monday is related to Moon-day! And there’s this thing called the Celtic lunar calendar, it has 13 months. Pretty cool.
If you’re looking for a fun project that’s a little bit out there, I definitely recommend giving this a try. You might just surprise yourself with what you discover about the moon and yourself.
