Okay, so I’ve been wanting to get into tarot cards for a while, and I finally decided to take the plunge with the Mythical Goddess deck. I’d seen it around online and just loved the artwork, so I figured, why not?
First, I ordered the deck. It arrived pretty quickly, which was awesome. I ripped open the package like a kid on Christmas morning. Seriously, the box itself was gorgeous. Then, holding the cards for the first time… they felt substantial, you know? Not flimsy at all.

Getting to Know the Cards
I didn’t want to just jump into readings. I felt like I needed to get to know the cards first. So, I spent a few days just looking at them, one by one. I read the little guidebook that came with the deck, which explained the meaning of each card and the goddess associated with it. It was pretty fascinating!
The artwork is seriously stunning. Each card is like a mini masterpiece. I found myself getting lost in the details – the colors, the symbols, the expressions on the goddesses’ faces. It was a really immersive experience.
My First Reading
After a few days, I felt ready to try a simple reading. I decided to do a three-card spread – past, present, and future. I shuffled the deck, really trying to focus my energy and intentions. It felt a little silly at first, but I went with it.
I laid out the cards, and then… wow. I mean, I’m not saying I’m suddenly psychic or anything, but the cards I drew actually resonated with what’s been going on in my life. The guidebook helped me interpret the meanings, and I spent some time journaling about what came up. It was surprisingly insightful.
- past card: reflected the difficult situation I overcome recently.
- present card: is all about my life and the present situation.
- future card: indicated I will get what I want, with my passion and effort.
Still Learning!
I’m definitely still a beginner. I’ve been practicing with small readings for myself and my close friend, and it’s been a lot of fun. I’m still learning the nuances of each card and how they relate to each other, but it’s a journey, right?
I have been trying to pull one card every moring, It makes me feel good.

Overall, I’m super happy with the Mythical Goddess Tarot deck. It’s beautiful, engaging, and surprisingly insightful. If you’re curious about tarot, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!
