Okay, so the other day I was feeling a bit lost and confused, you know, like when you just don’t know what direction to take? I’ve been messing around with tarot cards for a while, and I also have this cool collection of crystals, so I thought, “Why not combine the two and see what happens?”
Getting Started
First, I cleared a space on my desk. I wanted it to feel calm and positive, so I wiped it down and lit a small candle. Nothing fancy, just something to set the mood. I grabbed my favorite tarot deck – it’s the Rider-Waite one, with the classic illustrations. I’ve always felt drawn to it. I made sure to handle the deck, feeling the energy.

Choosing My Crystals
Next, I picked out a few crystals that I thought might help. I went with:
- Amethyst: Because I heard it could help me improve my intuition, and could help with my stress, and anxiety.
- Clear Quartz: For clarity and focus and amplify energy.
- Rose Quartz: For some self-love and emotional healing, it is important to love yourself.
I just held each crystal in my hand for a moment and picked the ones that felt “right.” It’s all about trusting your gut, really.
The Reading
I shuffled the cards while thinking about the general question I had in mind: “What do I need to know about my current path?” I didn’t have a specific question, more like a general feeling I wanted guidance on. Then, I laid out a simple three-card spread: Past, Present, Future.
As I turned each card over, I also placed one of my chosen crystals on top of it. I just felt like it would help me connect with the card’s meaning better. It might be mental, but it works for me!
What the cards show me
It was my first time to see such cards.
- Past: The card and the crystal help me understand where my problem.
- Present: I could get some clue from the card, and the feeling of my crystal gave me the power.
- Future: The card gives me some direction, which help me a lot.
Wrapping Up
After the reading, I sat quietly for a few minutes, just thinking about the cards and the crystals. I wrote down some notes in my journal – the cards I pulled, the crystals I used, and any thoughts or feelings that came up.

Honestly, the whole experience left me feeling much more grounded and centered. It was not a magic solution, but it will help me to calm down. Whether it was the cards, the crystals, or just the act of taking some time for myself, I don’t know. But it definitely helped me feel a bit more in tune with myself and my intuition. I’ll probably do it again sometime!
