Okay, so today I wanted to mess around with making a calendar, but not just any old calendar. I’m talking about one that’s got all the zodiac signs for 2024. Sounded pretty cool, right? So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to it.
First things first, I needed to figure out what I was going to use to make this thing. I could’ve gone with some fancy design software, but nah, I decided to keep it simple and use this online calendar maker I found. I am not really techy and also do not have fancy design software.

I started by picking out a basic calendar template. I mean, they had tons of options, but I just wanted something clean and straightforward. Once I had my template, it was time to get those zodiac signs in there.
Now, this part took a bit of time. I had to look up each zodiac sign, find some decent images, and then figure out where they fit in the calendar. It’s not just about slapping a picture on a date, you know? Each sign corresponds to specific dates, so I had to make sure I got that right.
- Aries (March 21 – April 19)
- Taurus (April 20 – May 20)
- Gemini (May 21 – June 20)
- Cancer (June 21 – July 22)
- Leo (July 23 – August 22)
- Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
- Libra (September 23 – October 22)
- Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)
- Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)
- Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)
- Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)
- Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
I went month by month. I put the images of each sign on the calendar, making sure they lined up with the right dates. Some signs were easier than others. Like, finding a good picture of a ram for Aries wasn’t too hard, but finding something that screamed “Pisces” without just being a picture of two fish took some digging.
After I had all the zodiac signs in place, I took a step back to look at the whole thing. It was starting to look pretty good! But something was missing. Ah, colors! Each sign has its own color, or so I read. So, I added a splash of color to each sign’s section. I just picked colors that seemed to fit the vibe of each sign. Like, red for Aries because, you know, fiery, and blue for Pisces because, well, water.
Once the colors were in, I played around with the fonts a bit. Nothing too crazy, just wanted something that was easy to read but also had a bit of personality. It is really difficult to me to choose a right font. I have to compare a lot to find the right one.
Customize the details
Finally, I added some little details here and there. You know, just to make it a bit more personal. Maybe a little quote about each sign, or some fun facts. I am not professional, so I have to search online to find some interesting facts about zodiac signs.
And that’s pretty much it! I printed out a copy, and it looked even better in person. Now I’ve got this unique calendar hanging up, and it’s definitely a conversation starter. Who knew making a zodiac calendar could be so much fun?
If you’re thinking about making your own calendar, I say go for it! It’s a fun little project, and you end up with something that’s totally you. Plus, you learn a thing or two along the way. Like, did you know that each zodiac sign is also associated with an element? I sure didn’t, but now I do!
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this little walk-through of my calendar-making adventure. Maybe it’ll inspire you to get creative with your own projects. You never know what you might come up with!
